We get it, starting therapy can feel scary. It’s hard to know what to expect. Below are some frequently asked questions, but if you have other questions, please reach out. We want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident when you start this process.

    Our office is located inside the Bartonville Town Center, next to Marty B’s Restaurant. We are on the 2nd floor above Subway. The elevator entrance is on the right side of the building across from the fountain.

    Dallas Office

    4040 N. Central Expy, Suite 670

    Our Dallas office is on the 6th floor. Take the elevator up and turn left. When you enter the suite, you’ll see an iPad in the waiting area. Please check in by typing your clinician's name, which will notify them that you’ve arrived.

  • Yes! We have virtual telehealth capabilities through HIPAA compliant platforms. We know the availability of virtual services allows for flexibility and accessibility to our clients.

    **Our clinical license requires both clients and clinician be in the state of Texas at the time of service.

  • By law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or are choosing not to use their insurance an estimate of the cost of their medical services (including psychotherapy). You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of non-emergency services prior to the start of care and to receive an update during the course of your treatment, by requesting one from your provider. For more information about the Good Faith Estimate, your rights, how to dispute a bill, you may visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

  • The therapeutic relationship between a client and clinician is a special one, in that we prioritize the protection of your confidentiality.
    Should we have a chance encounter in the community, your therapist will treat you as a stranger and not acknowledge our therapeutic relationship, unless you choose to disclose that to others. Feel free to discuss with your clinician any questions you have about navigating future chance encounters.

  • To protect your confidentiality. Clinicians will not connect with current or past clients on social media and will decline/block all invitations.
