  • Initial intake/diagnostic sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are the first session with your licensed therapist. During these sessions your provider will obtain background history and work with you to identify goals and plan treatment trajectory.

  • One therapeutic hour (~50 mins)

    Standard follow-up sessions booked weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as determined by you and your provider.
