Initial intake/diagnostic sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are the first session with your licensed therapist. During these sessions your provider will obtain background history and work with you to identify goals and plan treatment trajectory.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who have no insurance or choose not to use it can receive a written estimate of the cost of non-emergency care, including psychotherapy, before treatment begins. You can also ask for an updated estimate while you are in treatment.
